This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets permitted and prohibited conduct for the ServQore marketing website, customer-hosted sites (including preview URLs on preview.servqore.com), platform APIs, and optional AI chat or voice capabilities. It also governs transactional messages ServQore sends for billing, authentication, and account administration. Defined terms match the Terms of Service. A breach of this AUP may lead to removal of content, throttling, feature disablement, suspension, termination, or referral to law enforcement or upstream providers as permitted by the Terms.

8. Enforcement
ServQore may review activity logs and user reports to detect violations.
